Sandwich Schedule for Away Games

Thank you in advance for providing sandwiches for the bus ride when returning from away games.

Each away game requires thirty-six sandwiches. You may have chosen to provide all thirty-six sandwiches for one away game or you may have chosen to prepare eighteen sandwiches for two away games.

Most of the players prefer cold cuts and cheese on buns. Some players also like peanut butter and jelly as well as egg salad on buns. Each sandwich should be individually wrapped and placed in a cooler for traveling. Please provide condiments and drinks such as water and juice.

The dates you are scheduled to provide sandwiches are below. If you cannot provide sandwiches on the date you are scheduled please contact Richard Campbell at (519) 787-0230 as soon as possible so that other arrangements can be made to avoid the players being hungry.

Admissions Schedule for Home Games

Thank you in advance for staffing the admission and 50/50 tables for our home games.

The team will provide guidance and be responsible for setting-up and taking-down the admissions tables.

Please arrive by 7:30pm for Friday games and by 6:30pm for Sunday games. Please remain at the admission tables until the ten-minute mark of the second period or until a member of the team executive is available.

The dates you are scheduled to staff the admission tables are below. If you cannot attend on the dates you are scheduled please contact Richard Campbell at (519) 787-0230 as soon as possible so that another parent can be contacted.
